Job Overview

We are a social media marketing agency and we are looking for an experienced results-driven FLUENT ENGLISH phone appointment setter VA to work with our CEO and growing team!

 

We're currently looking for a Appointment Setter Position for our company, we've been using text and email to do it, but we are using new organic sources which require more of a phone call approach.

Which is why we're looking for a FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKER!

This person will be:

Using email marketing and social media marketing to reach out and generate leads 

Calling new leads (organic) and qualifying them to the appointment.

Calling apps and moving them to booked calls.

Calling booked calls and confirming their attendance.

Rescheduling missed calls.

Facebook / Instagram / Linkedin prospecting

Possibly managing our CEO’s personal FB/IG messages.

We will give you all the softwares & training you need.

 

Bonus Points If You Have:

Outbound phone sales experience.

Have appointment setting experience.

Handle rejection well.

Comfortable speaking and holding a conversation with Americans and Canadians

Compensation:

Base hourly salary plus cash bonuses for every new client you set the appointment for

US CENTRAL Time Zone.

When this works and we scale it up they can move into a manager position in the company.
