Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to help us manage upcoming projects & deliverables 30 - 35 hours per week.

Must Haves:

1. Reliable, high-speed internet access - THIS IS A NON-Negotiable

2. Experience using project management software like Click Up, Asana, Monday, Trello or other required

3. Be Pleasant and energetic

4. General administrative experience - such as email filtering, transcribing meeting minutes, online research

5. Strong English skills, Have good writing skills, experience writing brief articles (preferred), will write two - 500-word articles per month on clean transportation / electric vehicles / automobiles, no automobile or transportation experience needed / just need to have a positive attitude and good writing skills

6. Data entry experience (preferred) and good time management skills

7. Able to manage calendar, make travel arrangements

8. Experience creating presentations using Google Slides, Powerpoint or prezi

9. Experience creating short videos, editing website and social media (a plus)

10. Experience and comfort using Canva

11. Provide support to manage mailing lists, monthly newsletters

12. Client follow up - You will need to make calls to US clients, participate in conference calls by taking meeting minutes

13. Be able to work American Business hours Monday to Friday from 10AM - 4PM or 9AM - 4PM Pacific Hours / Los Angeles time

Salary - paid every two weeks - starting at $300 US per month, bonuses may be available
