We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.

Candidates should be able to assist by handling daily administrative tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with creating social media posts on Facebook and Instagram, doing outreach to new potential clients, creating Facebook ads, Optimizing Facebook ads & able to create captivating click funnel landing pages. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of Assistant Responsibilities:Help design, build, and use checklists and protocols based on videos I provide*Update CRM/Project Management Software and provide admin support to our social media marketing initiatives. Help with onboarding new clients and organizing files and folders .Handling marketing tasks, filing documents in google drive, generating reports and presentations. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and prepare for recording minutes from various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation a records database

 Experience as a virtual sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other general administrative Assistant Requirements:Excellent computer skills, especially to detail and ability to organize a daily workload by to learn and to be proactive and create a positive experience for an email with a resume and 1 minute video of yourself explaining why you think you are a good fit for the job to with the word best fit in the subject line. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment and have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making level verbal and written communications skills in video and image editing experience preferred but not required.
