Sales generation / Prospecting

Support me in terms of generating leads or potential customers. Can get

potential customers from social media by messaging (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) going into facebook groups and pages and reach out to the leads and build some connection with them and get them to sign up on your services.



Social Media Management

Managing social media accounts, so having a virtual assistant that can help me make the business/personal brand be more visible online would greatly help in

reaching out to more potential customers.

VA (virtual assistant) cover the following:

- Content writing

- Creating graphics for the content

- Posting content on social media platforms (FB pages, FB groups, Email Marketing tools such as active campaign/mailchimp, Instagram pages, etc.) which can be done on a daily basis to increase the engagement of your business page.

- Responding to customer/lead queries through the page inbox

When I open a Facebook group, id like my  VA as a Community Manager who manages the community as a whole. My VA could be the go-to person for any Community/business related inquiries.


Diary Management

Support me in managing my diary which involves booking appointments for

clients/leads, re-arranging/cancelling appointments, making sure that no appointment overlaps and i get to follow a nice flow of schedule on a daily basis.



Email Management

Having my VA to sort my emails would be great and would make the flow of work very efficient.




Once I’ve built some trust with my VA, I would look to seek some assistance in terms of processing invoices, and receiving payments, or even chasing payments. This is related to having my VA do more customer focused task, instead of you having to deal with payments and chase customers for outstanding payments.



Client Onboarding

Every time i gain a new paying client, if i have a client onboarding process in place, it

would be good to have my VA sort it all out for me. From setting up contracts, sending

introductory emails, setting up appointments to my client, or even just a simple message to welcome the new client are some of the things that my assistant would cover which would make my life a lot easier.




I would like my virtual assistant to be very resourceful as well and can help me think outside of the box and can help in terms of doing research for some things that you I need to find out about more. 


SALARY is based on how many boxes are ticked of the skills required and will also be reviewed every quater for pay increases as the business performs 

TIMEZONE would be as much in line as possible with UK time zones 

SALARY PAYMENT DATES will be confirmed for the successful applicant to suit their needs
