Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with a Sales, Marketing or Lead generation experience to join our UK team and start immediately.

Must have great expertise in the following:

1. Leads Pipeline Funnel Support:


  • Enter data of leads into CRM

  • Action items in CRM

  • Manage the expectation of clients by responding in a timely manner.

  • Send NDA’s or required documents on a daily basis.

  • Liaise with other companies on a daily basis.

2. Email Management:  Communicate professionally.

3. Diary Management:  Create appointments in our diaries.  Followup with clients on our behalf.

4. Sales Funnel – work with us to develop a lead magnet so that we can nurture people through the process with the creation of a possible e-book or pdfs that will support the pipeline.

5. Company Research: Go online and research on companies and get necessary data into the CRM or Online Google Sheet.

6. Project Management:  Managing client projects.

7. Social Media Posts – Sharing 1 post a day on each platform (LinkedIn and Facebook mainly).  Manage posts and capture any business lead or query.

8. Retargeting of businesses from information in the public domain to identify and approach those who may be considering selling their business.

9. Create Company documents to be sent to Clients.

10. We want someone who is proactive, with good knowledge and experience in prioritising tasks.

11. Daily calls with the UK team every morning, afternoon and evening to understand follow-ups with the clients, discuss any issues or suggestions that will make business better.

12. Bookkeeping entries & producing reports.

 

Additional Information:

- Should be a good communicator. 

- Good writing and spoken English is a must.

- Work within UK timezone preferably within UK timezone 9am - 5pm).

- Good use of time recording preferred.

- Should know how to use online communication tools - Skype, Slack, Zoom, etc. and must be connected at all times.



Optional:

- Copywriting of Blogs – One blog a week.  If you don't have skills in this and you are highly professional in VA then we can discuss other options.

- Designing social posts.
