Job Overview

  • Adhere to quality standards, meeting sales and performance goals set by management

  • Meet/exceed all performance expectations including products sales, add-on sales, call handling metrics, and quality standards

  • Utilizes Salesforce, proposal tools, and other sales utilities

  • Manage multiple activities simultaneously including interacting with customers while using multiple software applications for research and documentation

  • Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up over the telephone

  • Sells primarily from outbound campaign lead lists to include prospect and customer opportunities. Achieve maximum sales through outbound calling and solution based selling

  • The ability to initiate, lead and drive projects to successful completion

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to consistently exhibit strong leadership, strategic thinking and supervisory skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel is a plus

  • Ability to use phone and computer systems

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong listening/comprehension skills

  • Ability to stay composed and objective

  • Ability to learn and work effectively with Mission, Webview, Verint, etc

  • Skill in being adaptable to changing business
