Job Overview

I am seeking a full-time virtual assistant to help me with my side businesses. I am an MBA student with 7 years of freelance experience building websites and consulting with businesses in marketing, advertising, branding, and project management. I am launching a series of ebooks and courses, and need someone to be able to execute strategies and concepts on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Ideally you would be available during US Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities will include: 

- Preparing marketing emails

- Updating and preparing blog posts based upon strategic research

- Performing tasks associated with affiliate marketing (links, SEO, managing accounts)

- Preparing research spreadsheets with leads and contact information

- Performing SEO keyword research

- Developing process flow diagrams and documenting the processes with MS Word and other apps and tools

- Scheduling appointments and taking minutes documenting actions

- Preparing daily todo-list updates in the AM (US eastern time zone)

- Performing daily status review to close out actions

- Goal tracking

- Updating central datasheet with all accounts, passwords, and links

- Setting your own goals and development objectives

- Managing and building out social media accounts + growing them with content posts

 

Skills desired: 

1. Microsoft Word, Google Calendar, Basic Digital Editing, Google Drive and Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Gimp or Photoshop Products.

2. Must have ability to voice conference / video conference as needed.

3. Blog Management (wordpress & Wix), social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. 

4. Email (Windows Mail or Gmail) and cusomter relationship management support

5. Highly organized, time tracing, ability to process agendas and meeting minutes.

6. Customer focused and freindly communications

7. Ability to post job requests and down-select quality and best-value skills for graphic designers (leveraging Fiverr and Upwork)

8. Ability to make contact (via email or websites) and schedule interviews and joint projects with influencers based upon understanding of the business model.

9. Self-motivated and able to come up with and execute plans to achieve growth and business sales.

Job will be paid weekly.
