DEDICATED Long Term Customer Service Representatives / Virtual Assistance to help handle customer service for our growing e-commerce store.
Must be Available During These Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM US Central Time (Texas time)
Must have high-speed internet connection 10Mbps
A good computer PC less than 2 years old
Must have good English, US accent
1 Year experience handling US customers.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Handle inbound customer service requests from phone calls, emails, live chat etc. in a professional manner.
Focus on quality phone calls.
Assist customers with all requests and questions
Answer website clients.
Process customer payments.
Help customers with a checkout
Follow and maintain policies and procedures in all aspects of the position.
Strive to obtain performance objectives.
Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervision.
Excellent English (verbal/written) US accent
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
Ability to handle information requests.
Ability to handle compliments and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must have attention to details.
Performs all other job-related duties as requested.
At least 6 months of related experience.
Previous experience in a call center environment.
Ability to stay motivated.
Ability to work independently
In the downtime, you will help manage various Facebook/twitter Fan pages.
40 Hour per week at least
