Job Description: As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide full time administrative support to me while working remotely. The ideal candidate is upbeat, extremely organized, thorough and proactive with strong research skills. You will perform various administrative tasks, including researching various topics and making recommendations. The role will help me stay focused on and accomplish my personal and business projects. You are comfortable moving quickly in a changing environment and are up to date with the latest tech tools and services (like Google Hangouts, Skype, Gmail, Google Calendar, gchat, Google Drive). You have strong business judgment and the communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people over the phone and email. You will use that knowledge to strategically support administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
-Research (mostly online) and data collection
-Analyzing and summarizing research, reporting and presenting recommendations
-Scheduling and planning meetings and events
-Other administrative and operations tasks and projects
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant
-Must be available to have status meetings (could vary typically based around 9am Pacific time to 6Pm pacific time schedule)
-20-25+ hours per week of availability. More time depending on progress. May include weekends
-No other work commitments outside the home
-Good computer skills
-Fast and reliable internet connection
-Experience with Google Docs, spreadsheets, calendar applications, and project management software
-Any remote work experience or experience working from home
-Experience working with English speaking foreigners
-The ideal candidate will need to have excellent attention to details, fast learning ability and be task oriented.

-Ability to implement own systems, good organizational and time-management abilities
-Enjoying working at wide variety of tasks, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
