My name is Dr. Violet Stoyneva. I’m the operations manager here at Fisico. And I’m looking for a skilled VA to help me with reports and other administrative tasks that keep the company running.

Here’s a bit more of what we’re looking for…

Specific Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Proficient in GSuite and Google Sheets, in particular

  • Excellent English (verbal and writing)

  • Very tech savvy

  • Great attention to detail

  • Fast learner


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining multiple Google sheets by inputting raw data and data prepping for visualisations. 

  • Working Excel as needed to provide on demand reports from our CRM and other platforms.

  • Assisting with product inventory counts, averages, and projections calculations.

  • Collecting PDF files and creating customer folders with their invoices, packing slips, transaction details, etc., as needed (about 5 folders per day).

  • Reviewing our outgoing orders in our shipping software for address inconsistencies. You will be using WhitePages (an address verification tool) to cross check customer’s addresses.

  • Creating simple tickets (Emails to our customers) when issues with their packages arise. We use Zendesk for Email communication with our customers.

  • Assisting with screening new candidate applications for various positions by following a decision tree and maintaining their files.

  • Assisting with data filing and general organization.

  • And various on-demand projects that the marketing or operations department might need assistance with.

This is a full-time position (~40 hours per week). Your schedule can be semi-flexible. However, you must be available to work an 8 hour day Monday-Friday anytime between 3AM and 3PM (GMT-4).
