Real estate Virtual Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Assiatant to facilitate the search, purchase, and negotiation of property across the region in which candidate is located. This person will oversee many tasks throughout the accounts that require calling leads in multiple time-zones, submitting contracts and some negotiations.

This position requires organization skills with attention to detail, ability to close deals with negotiation, along with excellent communication skills. One who can hear “no” and persevere, seal a deal, and enjoys speaking with others is our ideal candidate.



  • Point of Contact for incoming leads (through various channels)

  • Perform research for owner & historical property information

  • Coordinate walk-thru appointments for photos and assessment of properties

  • Create new client contacts in order to grow our existing client list

  • Attend network events to build industry contacts (not mandatory)

  • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM

  • Make cold and warm phone calls

  • Assist Company with misc. projects as needed

  • Reporting of offers made, appointments set, contracts accepted (+ $ value)



  • Results/goals orientated

  • Proficiency in Microsoft/Google applications

  • Proficiency in English Language

  • Must be trainable and willing to venture outside of the box

  • Proficiency in cold calling from lists

  • Looking for long-term position

  • Above-par phone skills

  • Previous use of Podio is a plus

  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week

  • Previous experience in real estate contract negotiations (perferred)
