Job Overview

I am seeking a personal assistant to help me manage my calendar, conduct phone interviews with potential clients, make follow up calls, post to my social media, add content to my website and grow in to additional responsibilities as my company expands. This is a long term growth position. You will be a very important part of my company growth and a valued member of my team. 

Skills Needed


  • data entry

  • social media management

  • calendar management

  • customer service via email and phone calls

  • basic website work data entry - Joomla & Wordpress (desirable but will train)

  • SEO (desirable but will train)

  • must have good English speaking and writing skills

More Information:


  • Part time 10 to 20 hours per week and will grow into full time quickly for the right person. Flexible hours

  • Payment will be made twice monthly

  • EST - we will work out hours that are good for both of us. I know our hours are opposite. I am flexible. 

  • Weekly video call via Zoom is required

Long Term Outlook

This person will become my "right hand" and will grow with me as my company grows. I am looking for someone who wants to move into a management role over time and would like to help by recruiting and helping to manage new staff to coordinate bigger projects like website development, SEO, social media posting, graphics, video editing, etc.
