Hi, my name is Steve Childs. I am one of the partners at OneSource Software in the United States. We have recently released a new cloud version of OneSource that integrates with QuickBooks Online. OneSource is a small business database that allows our customers to track additional types of data and automate additional tasks that are NOT available in QuickBooks Online.
We are looking for a person who can help provide customer support for our product. If you understand QuickBooks you will be able to learn OneSource Software very quickly.
The idea candidate will have many of these personality traits:
--Loves helping people.
--Loves solving problems.
--Is a self starter that knows how to start and finish tasks.
--Understands accounting principles such as debits, credits, financial reports, inventory management, etc
--Feels comfortable speaking to customers in English over the phone (or via chat or email).
Having this type of experience is a BIG PLUS:
--Has in depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks (desktop), or other popular accounting software.
--Is proficient with Microsoft Access to help prepare data to be imported.
--Has performed software support successfully in the past.
--Has a 4 year college degree and received mostly 1's in each class (which demonstrates that you know how to learn, solve problems, show up, and finish things).
Other Details About This Job:
--This is a work from home position.
--The position is mainly helping customers understand how to use OneSource (which we will help you learn), and also involves helping them get their data into OneSource (using MS Access and other import tools).
--You will need your own computer and microphone (to make some calls to help customers in the US).
--We are open 6am-6pm Mountain Time Zone. We are hoping to find a FULL TIME worker that can work Monday-Friday, between:
or 9pm-6am PHT,
or 10pm-7am PHT,
or 11pm-8am PHT.
--A 1 hour lunch or dinner break can be taken at any time.
--We also provide paid time off for 7 Holiday's + 5 Personal Days + your birthday.
--We do NOT use screen tracking software, and are very flexible in how you track your time. (We do NOT micro manage our team members)
--We will pay weekly for the first month, and then on the 5th and 20th of the month after that.
