Job brief

 

We are looking for an individual enthusiastic about customer service and e-commerce to join our team as digital and e-commerce coordinator. This position will support the site management and customer requirement as it relates to the development, launch, and day to day e-commerce operations.

 

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Understanding of E-commerce and sales

  • Knowledge of key business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, inventory management and supply chain oversight.

  • Product knowledge and/or experience in the food and beverage markets

  • Manage and review product presentation on site to ensure correct categorization, images, copy, pricing and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements.

  • Act as a liaison with excellent customer service to work with or resolve customer or product situations.

  • Colleting documents and qualifications from clients and upload for auditing

  • Provide monthly report to clients may include sales report, stock report and store performance report

  • Provide analysis of the product/store performance to the team

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer problems

  • Support all areas of ecommerce operations as needed

 

Requirements


  • Proven digital and e-commerce background or experience

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Assist with other special projects not limited to the E-Commerce team.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact

  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements

  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI

  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner

  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO

  • Report on web performance metrics

  • Analyze digital campaigns success

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

 

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience

  • Hands on experience with Excel, Analytics, Data Entry.

  • Experience implementing and optimizing campaigns

  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms

  • Experience with customer service and account management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
