We are an Ecommerce business. We are seeking a virtual and versatile assistant to help with multiple aspects of our business, including data entry projects, marketing projects, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will:
1. Have quick and dependable internet connection, is highly reliable, can show up each day, and can communicate and work well with our team.
2. Be able to speak & most importantly write English at a high level misspellings/grammars)
3. Be very detail oriented and be able to follow instructions; is willing to learn, & willing to be trained.
4. Be able to work efficiently & independently.
5. Previous marketing experiences a plus, social media marketing, blogpost writing, customer outreach, sales lead generation, content creation, SEO etc. If you have previous marketing experience, please detail what type of marketing projects you have done, and/or what type of marketing skills you have.
Candidate will start out on a trial basis. We will evaluate the speed and quality of the work completed, and if candidate's performance meets our expectation, there will be an opportunity to increase work & responsibility. The starting is USD $1.20/hour; once you've proven that you're trained and able to work reliable without supervision, there will be an increase the pay rate. Very important - must be able to install a time tracker/work monitoring system in order measure and get paid accurately.
