Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for various markets.
Identify and validate new market entry/business development opportunities aligned to the company’s growth strategy..
Prepare, negotiate and conclude new partner commercial agreements/contracts as appropriate to the optimised route to market.
Deliver sales volume, revenue and margin targets.
Manage and control both commercial and marketing expenditure within agreed budgets for the market.
Manage new product launch activity and implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives and administer all merchandise for company’s brands.
Analyse relevant market intelligence reports and market feedback to stay aware of key developments and changes in market/customer requirements to ensure the company can respond swiftly and appropriately.
Ensure both partners and customers have access to appropriate technical support to maximise the benefits from the company’s products.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through meaningful engagement with customers, employees and distributors to deliver outstanding results.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Key Requirements:
Ideally 5 years’ experience working in a sales role within the packaging industry.
Relevant third level Degree in business-related discipline or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
Experience negotiating partner/distributor contracts and effectively managing partner relationships.
Proficient IT literacy skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent negotiating, inter-personal, communication and presentation skills.
