Job Overview

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in client lives every day, by answering their inbound inquiries and resolving their issues, all from the comfort of your own home!

 

Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns


  • Maintains and updates customer information as necessary

  • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues

  • Escalates calls when necessary and appropriate

  • Responds to requests for assistance 

  • Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

  • Provides feedback reports on call issues related to leads; problems, upsells, customer inquiry.

  • Upsells to customers and leads as necessary 

  • Every contact requires you to utilize selling skills to make effective recommendations to assist our customers. 

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Six months or more of customer service experience

  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you'll appreciate the quiet)

  • Your own computer with the following technical requirements:

  • Hard-wired, high speed internet

  • Logical problem-solving skills

  • Availability to work part time between the hours of 7am and 8 pm  Mountain standard time though you will be only working part time hours checking email and social media throughout the day.

  • Ability to use Windows operating systems

  • Training available for more technical aspects of the job
