Job Overview

Company overview:  Prinicity is a US based third party seller of products through major websites like and We currently employ 20+ individuals and are seeking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant to the Owner of the company. 

 

Shift hours: Mon-Sat Noon to 7:00PM US daytime (Tuesday-Sunday 2 AM - 9 AM) 

Must have flexible schedule



  • Work from home - must have computer, fast internet, headset



 

Skills:



  • Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills




  • Must be able to communicate well with people via online tools (video/audio web meetings, chat messaging, email, etc.)  Experience with online communication tools a plus Skype, Zoom, Teams, Slack, Google Meet/Hangouts). 




  • Proficient in spreadsheets; including creating and maintaining Google Sheets, using Excel, creating pivot tables in both Google Sheets and Excel, and creating reports




  • Must be tech savvy - able to learn knew computer software quickly and teach others




  • Must be good at problem solving - this is a key part of this job.  For example, 





  • You will be onboarding new employees, so you will have to learn computer applications and teach employees how to use them




  • You will be resolving issues that arise each day, investigate the situation and develop solutions




  • Find ways to improve processes and guide employees in following them 





  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping/payroll a plus
