I have an Accounting Practice in Melbourne Australia
I have been running for 20 years, but now the practice is small just me and one accountant, and I need a wonderful Virtual Assistant to help me each day with all the clients deliveries in and client deliveries out, including emails, and documents coming into the practice and collating them into one clients pdf pack, indexing and uploading onto our Xero workpapers job system WorkFlow Max ready for the Tax Accountant to do their work.
The best part of this role is you are working with approx 200 clients, so it is always busy and changing.
Our goal is to build our business, so this is a great opportunity to work directly with the Principal at the start.
Experience in PDF editing and formatting and experience with Xero, Workflowmax, Xero HQ Workpapers is an advantage.
Excellent and professional writing and english skills are essential as communication via email may be required at times directly to clients on my behalf.
