The most important thing I am looking for is someone who is going to embrace GROWTH, who has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn and expand with a growing company!

I am looking for someone who wants long-term work and who wants to be apart of a growing company. The business you're applying for is based in Charlotte, NC. 

This is an extremely flexible position, you work on your OWN terms, no strict start/finish times, as long as you are getting the work done on your own accord, I am happy. Timeproof will be utilized initially. We can discuss part-time positions also.  At first, I will need contact with you 8 AM - 12 PM EST but after we have established a working relationship you can work whenever suits you. As long as the work is done and the value it being delivered.  

 

You will need:



  • #1 Great Attitude




  • Strong reliable internet connection




  • A computer to work from




  • Excellent English skills, mostly for writing but may need to make a few phone calls. 




  • Willingness to learn (there will be some training)




  • Some work experience in lead generation/ appointment setting / Social Media marketing  / direct outreach will be favored



This position will involve:



  • Using my personal social profiles to directly contact our ideal prospects from a list provided by me. 




  • Will need to do your own searches for ideal prospects, I'll provide lead systems for that.   




  • Emailing, FB messaging, LinkedIn messaging and sometimes calling




  • The goal is to get 5 - 10 sales appointments per week.

Start Date: ASAP

Pay rate: USD$ 2.5 for the first month paid weekly. Then USD$ 3 on the 1st and 15th of every month. Please note this is starting pay only, pay will increase quickly and include bonuses based on performance

*Note: If you are hard-working and deliver results within agreed timeframes, there will most definitely be incremental pay rises, as well as bonuses (holidays & $$) and an end of year extra months pay!
