About this Role

1. As a marketing agency with various clients to serve, we are looking for an experienced social media manager and content writer to handle the social media pages and blogs of our clients. So, basically you will be managing both the content of our social media pages as well as their blog.

2. Due to this, we are looking to hire someone experienced with a MINIMUM of two years experience in content writing and social media management.

3. Apart from that, we want someone who can write flawlessly without any need to edit your captions or content. Hence, you must have a great MASTERY of English in not only writing but speaking. PLEASE IF YOU ARE TERRIBLE OR AVERAGE AT ENGLISH, DO NOT APPLY.

4. For the blog aspect, we expect you know how to write highly engaging 100 words blog articles that could also be spinned into social posts.

5. To further qualify for this role, you should must be social media savvy. We expect you to know the way platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook works. You should also be able to come up with custom social media strategies for our clients as well as knowing how to conduct in-depth hashtag research for the various platforms.

6. Also, you must have a an incredible eye for design and branding as you will be working closely with the creative manager to create social media themes and attractive images for our clients social pages.

7. Furthermore, we want someone that is responsive and always available. We really do not have the time to chase you about. So, if you know you barely check your emails or that we'll always have to beg you to come online or message you repeatedly before we get a response, then, please do not apply. We want someone responsive.

8. Most importantly, you MUST have constant access to a stable internet and a Laptop. This is a work from home position and it requires you to have a good functioning laptop and a stable internet connection. This is a MUST

DO NOT FORGET

This role is a full time position that requires you to work from Monday - Saturday. It is a home-based and long term role and we're looking for someone who is fit for this.  We do not want someone that is only looking for a freelance or temporary position. This is a full time work. We won't make any compromise.

Also, please know that for a start; our starting pay is $300- $400/month. If we are impressed, then, there's great room for promotion, increase in pay and more benefits.
