Phoenix Cleaning Services Ltd are a friendly, family run Commercial Cleaning business located in Reading, United Kingdom.

Phoenix are looking for a skilled and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team to support the Directors of the business, Gavin, and Alexa, so they can focus on the growth and scaling of their business.

Essential Skills

Excellent English both spoken and written.

A great attitude and drive to support our businesses growth.

Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Products – Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive.

Confident learning new systems and processes with training given.

This will be a diverse role whilst we are growing our business, later going on to be split into defined job roles which you will be able to choose from. 

Initially you will be supporting the main areas outlined below:

  • Sales

    • General Sales admin support

    • Database building, entry, and updates

    • Customer Service support

    • Dealing with incoming online (social media & web) and email enquiries

    • Logging emails/leads onto our CRM system

    • Transcribing voice records from the sales team

    • Producing quotes

    • Issuing invoices

    • Keeping the inhouse system up to date

  • Personal Assistant

    • Email Management

    • Event Management

    • Calendar Management

    • Booking Appointments

    • Travel Planning

  • General Assistant

    • Project Co-ordination

    • Data entry

    • Editing / Proofreading

    • Documenting business processes

    • Reporting

  • Human Resource Management

    • Assisting recruitment process

    • Document review & collection

    • Issuing login details

    • Keeping the HR system up to date

This role is a full-time position, working from 7am to 4pm BST/GMT with an hour unpaid for lunch, Monday to Friday, reporting into the Sales Director.

We are prepared to pay for a quality member of staff to join our team on a full-time and long-term basis, therfore have not set a Proposed Salary, if you have the skills, we want to hear from you!

Initially, you will be paid weekly, preferably via PayPal, but we are happy to discuss options. Then if we are both happy to continue working together, we will move to monthly pay at the agreed rate and will discuss the bonus structure for hitting your targets on an ongoing basis!
