We have an immediate opening for a full/part-time office staff to join our amazing team! You will be the first point of contact with our customers therefore will be the first impression our customers receive. It is important to us that we provide exceptional service to our customers in every situation. Have a pleasant and professional phone voice

Be able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact to the business

Be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn industry-specific software

Communicate well with customers and other employees via e-mail, phone, and text

Respond to a high volume of phone calls and emails

Timely update customers with the status of their requests

Manage communication from customers, techs, and other contract personnel * Dispatch calls to techs based on volume and location

Schedule techs daily route * Maintain a high level of accuracy

Update service tickets with notes and details as required

Order processing

Manage and maintain orders and deadlines * Other office duties as assigned

Office hours: Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm MST
