Job Overview

Working Hours: US Hours (CST) from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM while training, Flexible hours after training.

Time zone: Central Standard Time

Skills needed: Working knowledge of Hubspot, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

Job responsibilities listed below:


  • Send a consistent number of emails for our field agents from Hubspot.

  • Update trackers daily and create a list of schools for each agent using Google Sheets.

  • Prepare weekly monitoring reports to present to our directors.

  • Attend weekly staff meetings.

  • Stay in consistent communication with the team and directors to ensure all the processes are being followed.

  • Other administrative tasks will be assigned whenever needed.
