I am looking for someone who has a background in marketing, customer support, basic project management, bookkeeping, and basic virtual admin tasks (email, file and calendar management).
This individual must be VERY detail oriented, have strong English verbal and writing skills, care about people, results focused, and is systems driven. In addition, he or she should require minimal oversight to get tasks completed.
All of the below tasks will include processes and tools to ensure your success! I will give those to you if you are selected for the role.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Onboard new clients into Asana (project management tool) and assign 90-Day Sprint Goal project template
- Respond to Customer Questions in regards to using Kartra and other technical questions within our private group
- Bookkeeping (reconcile accounts)
- Basic Email Management
- Basic Calendar Management & Scheduling
- Google Drive File Management
- Research (ie: PR, speaking gigs, competitors, successful ads)
- Design Content Creation for Social Media (ie: using our Canva templates, create Post Descriptions, etc.)
- Edit Video Content for Social Media (create intro and outro)
- Edit Podcasts using a tool called /> - Schedule Podcasts to Apple Podcast App & Social Media
- Edit and Write Blog/Article Content (Transcribe From Video/Audio)
- Schedule Content Calendar Posts for Social Media (FB/IG/Podcasts)

Working Hours: 9-5PM US Eastern, Monday - Friday (40 Hours Per Week)
