Responsibilities of the Virtual Assistant:
• Support basic calendar management for the CEO
• Book occasional travel, both domestic and international
• Manage corporate expenses
• Oversee general office tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing mail, answering incoming calls
• Complete data entry
• Managing virtual meetings
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
• Must be a self starter and have a go-getter personality
• Willingness to learn and grow with a financial organization
• Positive personality
• Must exude professionalism and strong communication skills
