Who are we?

Trus The Process’s goal is to grow and support new and experienced business entrepreneurs by expanding their business or scaling and organizing to make the business more efficient.

We will achieve this goal by learning the needs of the owners as well as understanding the objectives of the business. Trus the Process will have its own support teams on standby to assist business owners in any department within their company. In addition to support teams, Trus the Process will provide owners with educational materials they can reference in order to learn how to run their business more efficiently.



  • Experience with answering product inquiries via phone, email

  • Order intake/processing via computer system

  • Inventory review

  • Daily interaction with various departments: communicating customer information/accounts/contracts

  • Auditing Purchase Orders / Invoice matching and sorting

  • Working with pricing documentation

  • Strong software/computer skills

  • software experience

  • Intermediate and beyond levels of Excel

  • Some accounting skills

  • Company accounts management

Skills Preferred

Computer savvy - not afraid of the technology; can navigate through a software or a platform

Knows how to manage customers


Always has a “can -do” attitude

Hands on experience  with Zoho one, Slack, (but not required)


Rate: $200/month

Working Hours from Mon-Fri USA, Eastern  Time- (12 PM - 9 PM)
