Job Overview

PURE COOGEE is one of Australia's leading e-commerce hand sanitiser dispenser companies with a strong sense of brand identity and a reputation for exceptional customer service.  With tens of thousands of customers in Australia we are looking for a passionate customer service guru to provide guidance and advice to our most important asset – our customers. This role will focus on all customer service enquiries to ensure all online orders are successfully delivered in a timely manner and assist the team with administrative support.

The successful candidate will:

  • respond to all customer enquiries including via telephone, email, live chat, Facebook and Instagram.

  • manage and follow up online orders to ensure that they are successfully delivered

  • manage and update online inventory

  • liaise with warehouse and factory on a regular basis for all customer-related enquiries

  • check and respond to posts and comments on Pure Coogee social media pages

  • liaise with our Sydney based factory and contact them to repsond to any enquiries a customer may have

  • deliver general office duties as required

  • provide administrative support to the Directors, and to marketing and operations staff

  • be flexible with your work hours - evening and weekend work required.

  • previous retail customer service experience (essential)

  • flexibility of working hours 9:00AM - 5:00 PM AUSTRALIAN EASTERN STANDARD TIME - and ability to work from home in evenings and/or weekends.
