Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Technical Sourcer & Coordinator. The role supports our in-house recruiting team, and will proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing methods to engage top talent.


  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using various sourcing techniques and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, industry groups/associations, social media, university resources, Boolean search, etc.

  • Screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate phone interviews with our in-house recruiting team

  • Maintain candidate databases and provide daily updates on progress on various job openings

  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Support additional recruitment activities as assigned


  • Prior experience as a Technical Sourcer or similar role with an in-house recruiting team, search firm, or agency

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, such as recruiting on social platforms, etc.

  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical or Food & Beverage industries is an asset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective time-management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines

  • Detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates


  • Minimum a College Degree


This is a full-time position (40 hours/week). Our company is located in Toronto, Canada (EST Zone), and working schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 5:30 PM EST (8 hours of work per day + 30 min. unpaid lunch).
