Main Job Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities


  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.

  • Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.

  • Ability to work independently as well as with others in a close manner.

  • Multi-tasking skills

  • identify and overcome objections

  • obtain and verify customer information

  • obtain possible customer leads

  • maintain customer/potential customer data bases

  • complete records of telephonic interactions

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, especially in the Real Estate industry, preferred.
