Job Overview

We are in need for support agents to provide technicial assistance and incident management for hospitality software focused on Oracle Hospitality's Opera.

This role will be responsible for receiving calls and tickets. Shifts will be on rotation..

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Opera PMS support and implementation

  • Strong management, technical and problem solving skills with detail oriented attitude

  • Excellent written verbal communication and relationship skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external customers to meet organizational goals

  • Well organized with good technical skills and strong operational orientation

  • Experience in time management, including the ability to prioritize and multi- task

  • Exposure to IT compliances and related audits including IT security management

  • Good knowledge of Hospitality software applications (Opera Suite, Simphony/ Micros POS and other hotel management applications)

  • Working knowledge of various Operating Systems, DBs and Office Automation systems

  • Good networking skills with vendors and internal customers

  • Possess excellent learning attitude for new technologies and applications
