POSITION: SEO Virtual Assistant

OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB ROLE

To support whole team in operation of SEO process, coordinate and achieve the goals and KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with SEO team and Dev team to determine project requirements.


• Manage timeline projects monitoring to keep productivity.


• Conduct SEO Workflow alignment.


• Complete weekly and monthly performance reports using some programs.


• Assisting in uploading contents and coordinate with content writers and poster to standardize the contents’ structure.


• Coordinate on improving website traffic.


• Make sure the collaboration is working well for website deploy, design, contents and etc.


• Assist to coordinate with freelancer with certain requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS

• Keep up to date with latest SEO updates, Google algorithmic and industry changes.


• Good Excel and Documentation Skill.


• Knowledge of usability and accessibility issues.


• Analytical mind-set.


• Excellent attention to detail.


• Ability to think creatively and work independently.


• Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity.


• Strong communication skills, good team player.
