Job Overview

Key Points which I do 

Customer Care:

  1. Implementation of an appointment system and doctors' adherence, resolving Customer Grievances in coordination with all concerned.

  2. Provide assistance to patients/visitors for administrative requirements/guidance.

  3. Ensure the documentation of all Suggestions /Complaints / Patient Feedbacks appreciations as per laid down protocols and ensure necessary action is taken by the concerned HODs.

  4. Ensure the Maintenance and upkeep of the OPD

  5. Ensuring timely report generation and submission

  6. Process improvement implementation

  7. Training, ongoing support, as per departmental requirement

  8. Statistical analysis of all Suggestions/Complaints to arrive at the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.

  9. Ensure follow up on Customer Satisfaction Index scores and prompt concerned department heads to Close the Gaps
