What you might be doing on a typical day:

  • Continual efforts to receive and promptly respond to customers through high-quality live chats.

  • Respond to customer live chat with compassion.

  • Handle concurrent chat requests without sacrificing quality.

  • Proactively engage with prospective visitors on the websites and offer quick support.

  • Quickly identify the pain points and drill down to the source of an issue.

  • Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back.


Job Requirements-


  • Minimum of 1 year of live chat experience.

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Strong familiarity with the Internet and MS Office applications.
