Job Overview:
We need full-time real estate investor virtual assistants. Rate is $4/hour/ No PMs.
Screening of applicants and interview will start this week. We will send an email to confirm your schedule. Note that this is a work at home job.
Basic Requirements:
Great Communication Skills both verbal and written
FLUENT in English
Computer/Software Savvy
Desktop of Laptop (at least i3 with 408 ram)
STABLE wired internet connection atleast 5Mbps
A quiet Home office and a USB type headset with the noise-cancelling feature
Must have experience in outbound calling in a call center or home-based setting
Must be able to work US Daytime Hours - 8 hour shift - Weekdays & Weekends
Experience with Cold-Calling Lead Lists
Must be competent with the following applications:
Podio
Microsoft Office - (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Mojo Dialer
Google Suite - (Google Sheets, Google Drive)
