Investor Relations Manager

Job Overview:

As the Investor Relations Project Manager, is responsible for assisting in all assigned investor projects and development activities. Your principal duties are to identify and develop investment opportunities, within the Company’s range of interest and expertise, which translate into customer contracts and profitable revenue for the Company. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO with investment decisions and transactions


• Oversee different campaigns and projects involved in marketing goals  of the department and events.


• Client Relations and Communication Management through different line of business (emails, phone)


• Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan


• Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes


• Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors


• Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community


• Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy


• Qualifications:


• at least 1-2 years Sales Manager experience 


• at least 3 years Marketing or Client relations 


• MBA/BA/BS degree holder 


• 2 -5 years of experience dealing with investors and working on agreement is a plus


• Strong Relationship-building skills 


• In-depth understanding of the entire Google Suite – Sheet, Docs, etc.


• Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Strong work ethics and professionalism


• Team player; ability to collaborate with the executive team


• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

Home Office Requirements:

• 100% Remote work


• Availability to work business hours in US Central Time, 40hrs a week or more


• Computer (at least Core i3 Processor, 4 GB RAM, Webcam)


• Home office with a private room and desk


• Reliable internet (5 MBPS minimum, 10 MBPS preferred with the ability to go up to 50 MBPS).
