We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and data entry/accounting support to our real estate and property management firm while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, answering occasional incoming calls via the company’s VOIP phone system, data entry of payables and receivables and bookeeping. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype or Microsoft Team.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
-Respond to emails and phone calls
-Manage a client contact database
-Prepare customer billing spreadsheets and keep online records
-Track and enter vendor bills
-Address client inquiries
-Monitoring and follow up on customer receivables
-Provide customer service as the first point of contact
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
-Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
-High Experience with Excel, Outlook and word-processing software MS Office)
-Familiarity and overall understanding of real estate sales and property management is a plus
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar)
-Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Solid organizational skills
-Need to primarily work 9am-5pm USA Mountain Standard Time Zone
