I have been working for foreign/international companies (mainly Australia) for 7 years now. I have handled customer service, escalations, case managing and sales to name a few. I have telecommunications and financial industry backgrounds which I know would greatly help me in interacting with customers and clients. I have also been exposed to admin tasks and organization using mainly Microsoft Office tools. I took up BS Development Communication when I was in college and so I also have a background in multimedia and arts, photography, videography and journalism.
