I have 5 years of experience in the BPO Industry, answered incoming calls, outbound calls and replying to emails in different accounts. September 2017, I decided to work at home full time. I started working as a Customer Verification wherein, I'm calling customers to verify their transactions to make sure that they authorize it. After that, I worked as a full time virtual assistant in Quality Furniture Discounts. I handled processing orders, invoicing, processing deliveries, damages and claims of the furnitures. After 3 months, I got promoted as a Customer Success Manager because of my excellent performance and exceeding my client's expectations. But sadly, my client downgraded his staff so I decided to resign and looked for a new job. I found a new career in working in real estate companies. I worked as a virtual assistant, social media marketer and appointment setter. I also worked as a Data Entry Manager where in I'm in charged with checking the leads and generating it so the agents can call the leads and set an appointment.
