I started working at Teleperformance Cebu as Customer service representative servicing clients of JP Morgan Chase Bank. A year after I was directly hired by JP Morgan Chase-Cebu Captive site as a rebadged employee. I worked for another year as Claims Analyst assisting customers filing claims on fraud transactions made using their debit cards. I then applied to work for the back office of the Claims Department of JP Morgan and was hired as Inventory Management specialist. I worked for 2 years in the back office department.
