I have more than 2years experience of customer service. I have been in the BPO industry for more than a year now. I've been an appointment setter on a travel agency for a year and six months experience in the reservation department in timeshare.
I have handled different kind of situations and handled it properly to ensure that i covered the needs of my clients.
