As part of the all-inclusive price you pay, your staff will receive money towards health insurance, social security, affordable housing loans, a 13th-month bonus,night differential pay, as well as holiday pay rates.

We onboard staff through our Philippine entity before assigning them to work for you. This allows us to enforce contracts under the laws of the Philippines and is done via our in-house legal and compliance department.

We find the best candidates, do the preliminary interviews, conduct extensive background checks, and then schedule interviews.

This is a professional recruitment service. It takes around ten days from signing the service agreement to your staff starting work.
