Job Overview

I am currently managing few different companies in the field of Education, Immigration, Social commerce and non profit releated to Climate change and environment. 

I am looking personal assistance to support my daily task, so I can be more productive. 


Personal business

  • Developing business and branding around Kunal Garje

  • Developing website and maintaining webpage, blogs and social media( instagram, twitter, facebook and etc..)

  • Creating social media sales 

  • Write blogs, small books and create content. 

  • Manage social applications, bookings and information to stakeholders.

Education company- 

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.

  • Organizing online events, webinars and conferences via social media.

  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

  • Creating advertisements and short listing of candidates for new positons. 

  • Conducting research on behalf of the manager.

Higher-level tasks that may require more experienced candidates include:

  • Creating reports (Excel-based reports or PowerPoint presentations)

  • Creating office memos and official company forms or documents

  • Taking on research activities

Timezone - GMT-4

Salary payment dates - 1st day of the month.
