Job Overview


My name is Jason and I'm a hiring manager at a Y-combinator backed technology startup called Jumpstart We help international founders incorporate and manage a business. We provide a company, EIN, and bank account so founders can launch and operate an online business.

We're looking to expand our team and bring on a dedicated customer success specialist to help assist our customers with their needs. As a part of this role, you’d be responsible for the following:

  1. Responding to customers via our support inbox (Front App)

  2. Handling support phone calls

  3. Resolve disputes in Stripe/Paypal

  4. Monitoring and respond to reviews in Trustpilot

The ideal candidate has very strong English speaking and writing skills and can quickly learn the ins and outs of our business.

This is a full-time position with expected salary between 32,000 PHP and 60,000 PHP per month. The position includes paid holidays, sick leave, and flexible hours.

We expect candidates to bring their own laptops and have strong internet connections.
