Hello, I would like to hire an assistant that can help with project managment. I will email you the task and you will have to enter it into a system, assign it to the writers, and then if the writers have questions, you would have to ask the client to get answers.
Must be available during EST hours, must reply to emails rather quickly (can't wait hours and days since that is poor customer service), must have excellent English as far as writing because you are representing me and my company (which is writing and editing), must be organized. When you assign projects, we will use clickup or if you suggest another managment system like trello or something you are familiar with, that is fine.
The first few weeks will be training. Eventually it will be 30 - 40 hours per week. Please send a resume and experience. You will also be using a screen recording and time tracking app.
ALSO - MUST BE IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WRITING PROJECTS... for example, what someone is asking for (blog, web content, book, social media, etc)… this way you know what to ask, what you are quoting, what you are assigning. Thanks!
