Floship is a Hong Kong based startup in the eCommerce logistics space. We provide total logistics solutions to brand owners and online retailers worldwide. This includes storage, order fulfillment, and last mile delivery. We have a dynamic startup culture and we aim to work only with great people.
We are looking for someone to help grow the sales outbound lead generation team, targeting eCommerce merchants worldwide.
Utilize CRM, LinkedIn, and emails to generate new business opportunities.
Identify potential clients and subsequently create a database based on customer personas.
Anticipate needs by conducting market research to identify new leads.
Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create sales openings.
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
Report to the manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Deliver on KPIs assigned to the above.
Exceptional spoken / written English.
Curious, with the ability to learn and react fast.
2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
Experience in the eCommerce industry preferred.
Previous experience working in B2B software sales or eCommerce / logistics industry and has a track record for closing deals.
Ability to build strong relationships with C-Level executives and business owners.
A “can do” mentality. Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Able to handle constant change and speed in a start-up environment.
Familiar with sales tools, including CRM, email automation, database management, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
