We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to support our sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding projects.
Recruitment Associate is responsibilities include sourcing for candidates using various tools and platforms provided, scheduling candidate calls and assessments, endorsing CVs to be recommended to hiring managers, scheduling and managing interviews, maintaining candidate databases as well as other administrative and housekeeping tasks. Ultimately, you’ll help us hire, and keep our hiring process running.
If you have some experience in recruiting, particularly in the field of Information Technology (IT) or Sales and Marketing, and you’re stable, reliable, responsible, hard working and ambitious, we’d love to meet you.
Coordinate hiring strategies and activities
Undertake daily duties answering emails, messages, and applications
Prepare and post job ads online
Search and screen resumes
Arrange initial phone screens with potential candidates
Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
Arrange Prep and Debrief calls with Candidates Interviewing
Process reference checks
Maintain candidate database
Handle records and documents
Resolve issues as fast as possible
Assist with new hire onboarding preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Ideally previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition or other recruiting-related roles
Familiarity with sourcing, screening resumes, phone interviews, assessment, shortlisting
Experience using recruiting software and social networks, and copywriting Job Adverts
Ability to work virtually and responsibly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Great attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Ambitious, with a clear vision for future career and personal success
Previous Background or Education in Information Technology, or Sales Marketing profession highly desired.
