*Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail and text communication
*Use excel as CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
*Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
*Build rapport with potential clients
* Someone who loves to talk to people and isn’t shy from rejection.
* Must have: High speed internet, quite place to work, Noise Cancelling headset, Reliable computer, access to video and voice for weekly meetings via Skype.
- Experienced in calling distressed homeowners to determine if interested in selling their house for cash and setting up appointments
- experienced in All in Dialer (dialer), Google Docs, Excel, Skype.
- very fluent in English and comfortable making cold calls to prospective sellers
- hard working, honest, result-driven and have can-do attitude
Schedule is about 4-5 hrs a day (Mon-Fri) starting at 9am EST (More hours are available if needed)
Pay is Negotiable based on experience, + Bonuses for every deal Closed.
