Job Overview

West Coast Real Estate Team is seeking an individual who has command of the English language, has some client care experience, and can learn the skills to convert online leads. This position requires Focus, Persistence, Perseverance, Consistency, Hustle, and Grit. We are working with online leads so the candidate will need to be able to take a lead and nurture them to prospect, then to a client, then to a sale. Must be good at working well with other team members, in fact, you are the captain of the team sorting and sifting on the team's behalf. You are great at the handoff and oversight of that handoff. You're making sure there is a running list of those in the pipeline, keeping them moving along, which includes those who are at our lender partner. Nurture prospects to become clients and CRM management is the name of your game. You are good at working with people, data entry, and CRM clean up. You are that person. Welcome to the team!
