We're looking for an attentive individual to assist us with managing and moderating comments and engagment of our clients Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
You will need to use your initiative to reply and engage with people that have left comments on our client's Facebook ad campaigns, with the intention of getting them to convert.
You will also need to hide any negative comments that are left on these campaigns.
Full training will be provided on the typical responses that need to be written for each type of comment.
We also require this individual to produce campaign reports for clients on a weekly and monthly basis, using a service called Whatagraph. A template report has been created but will need to be modified for each client. Again, full training will be provided on the process and Whatagraph reports platform.
Working hours are flexible but we expect comments to be responded to within a number of hours. Reports need to be completed on a Monday each week.
Excellent written English is a must. All other skills can be taught.
